Welcome to the Arkansas Food Innovation Center at the Market Center of the Ozarks. Also known as AFIC@MCO, we serve the regional food system by fostering innovation and creating opportunities for small businesses to bring their products to market. Beginning in late 2024, we will be there to provide commissary kitchen rental space and produce processing capabilities.
As part of the University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture, we have access to experts in food manufacturing, business and marketing, and food production. And on location at AFIC@MCO, you’ll work alongside experienced and knowledgeable food entrepreneurs that can serve as mentors.
